The Smart
Choice Mortgage is based on an average
of the One Year Treasury Bill. The
payment is fixed for one year and goes up every
year by 7.50% if rates trend higher. If your
payment this year is $1000, next year it will be
$1075 and so on for Five years. If rates trend
lower, the payment will also decrease by 7.50%
every year. The lifetime cap on the loan rate is
9.95%.
Loans that
are over 1.5Million have a Start Rate of
2.25%. The loan gives you many options to
